Josef Frank happily blended different types of materials to create exciting furniture. Table 965, in granite or travertine board, was designed by Josef Frank in 1938. The tapered legs are finished off with a stylized foot which is typical of his design, and it was inspired by historical English furniture tradition.
The table is handcrafted in Sweden.

Material: Mahogany with travertine board. Travertine is a beige porous and honeycombed marble from quarries in southern Europe. The stone cavities are filled with stone mass and then grounded smooth, which gives each stone an individual appearance. The Travertine is cut to give a satin finish.
