A summery handbag in leather and fabric, designed by fashion designer Lars Nilsson for Svenskt Tenn in the spring of 2018. The bag is named after the Monte Solaro Mountain on Capri. It is available in several different styles, including Josef Frank's Tre Öar i Svarta Havet print.
In the print, Tre Öar i Svarta Havet (Three Islands in the Black Sea), the black background represents the sea. Islands glimmer like three violet-coloured fields behind vines teeming with flowers, leaves and fruit. This was the first print that Josef Frank designed for Svenskt Tenn. It marked the beginning of a new era for the company and Estrid Ericson had it framed and hung it up in her private apartment on Strandvägen in Stockholm. Josef Frank designed the print in 1936.
