The “New Swedish Pewter” collection was created prior to Svenskt Tenn’s 80-year anniversary in 2004. It was developed by 10 female Swedish designers to honour Svenskt Tenn’s founder Estrid Ericsson. The Krage bowl in glass with a pewter collar was designed by Anna von Schewen. Anna wanted to re-work pewter’s powder gray colour and faintness and give it a new feeling

Svenskt Tenn is an interior design shop located on Strandvägen in Stockholm, Sweden. It was founded in 1924 by Estrid Ericson, who recruited Josef Frank to the company 10 years later.
