Plate Stockholm Fornasetti
By using maps in her interiors Estrid Ericson wanted to invite the world to the home. The plate with the Stockholm motif she ordered customized from the Italian designer Piero Fornasetti sometime during the 1950s. The plate, whose map image was designed by Josef Frank in 1939, complements Fornasetti’s popular series of plates with faces.
